Collecting Points
Does my business have to be registered to earn Premio points?
Yes, if your Westburne account manager has not already registered you for Premio, you must register by completing the form in the Contact section. You can also ask your account manager to register you for the program.
When does my business start earning Premio points?
You start earning points from the first day of the month in which you registered for Premio. For example, if you register on March 20th, your points will start to accumulate from March 1st. In addition, you will receive 1,000 free bonus points when you register!
How to register our company in the program?

Are all my purchases counted to calculate the number of Premio points?
Only purchases of in-stock products from our participating partners are calculated. For a list of our participating partners, visit the “How it works” section of our website premiowestburne.ca.

Are my purchases from westburne.ca, the Westburne app, branches, or a Westburne representative eligible for Premio points?
Absolutely! All purchases of in-stock products from our participating partners are calculated, whether they are made online, in-store, on our application or by phone.
Do Premio points have an expiration date?
Yes, Premio points expire every year on December 31st.
Are Premio points transferable?
No, Premio points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
The Premio Website
How do I create an account on the Premio website?
Go to premiowestburne.ca and fill out the online form in the “Contact” section or contact your account manager. The Premio team will create your account and send you the login information.
Where can we see our accumulated points?
You can easily see your Premio points at the top of the home page. The points are also displayed in the “My Account” section.
How do I order a reward on the Premio website?
Simply go to the ”Rewards” section, select the reward of your choice, and add it to your cart. Then, pay with your points at checkout!
How often are the accumulated points updated in my account on the Premio website?
Points are updated in your account every week. Bonus points during promotions (for example: 2X points on lighting products) will be updated at the end of the special offer period.

Redeeming Premio Points
How do we redeem our Premio points and get a reward?
To redeem your points and get a bonus, you must log in to your Premio account. If you have accumulated enough points, you can choose a reward from our online catalog by going to the “Rewards” section. You then add the chosen reward to your shopping cart. Finally, proceed to checkout and pay with your points!
How many Premio points do we need to get a reward?
You must normally have accumulated at least 25,000 points between January and December in order to claim a bonus. However, you may be able to order a bonus with less than 25,000 points during special promotions. Be sure to follow Westburne on Facebook, Instagram and sign up for our emails to be kept informed of all Premio special offers.
How long does it take to deliver a reward after redeeming Premio points?
Delivery time may vary from one reward to another but rest assured that we process all orders as quickly as possible. All rewards ordered are sent to your local Westburne branch and will be forwarded to you by your account manager. Please do not hesitate to contact your account manager if you have any questions regarding the delivery of your rewards.
